Success
Stories
Following is a mere sampling
of success stories of clients with whom I've had the privilege of coaching.
The stories listed below are true, and each of these individuals are now
living a new, balanced and prosperous lifestyle.
Roy, Business
& Litigation Lawyer
Roy is a business and litigation lawyer. A while back he was 40 pounds overweight,
completely out of shape, and broke, yes broke. He would leave home at 5:30
a.m. in the morning, put in a fifteen-hour workday, returning home just in
time to kiss his children good night and collapse in a big lump on his bed.
For all the time he was putting
in, he was becoming more and more stressed out and less and less effective
in his practice, and as you can imagine, his family wasn't too appreciative.
As a matter of fact, his wife left home twice in six months.
He was smart enough to know that
he needed assistance. He came to me for coaching 14 months ago. Now, Roy is
working three hours less a day, and is coaching his daughter's soccer and
his son's baseball teams. His net income has increased by 29 percent, and
his bank account has more zeroes than ever before. He exercises regularly,
is 30 pounds lighter, and he and his wife have never been happier. [ top

Philip,
Mortgage Broker
Philip, a residential mortgage broker, was doing everything himself, from
strategic planning to licking a stamp on an envelope. He was getting burnt
out and frustrated because he was not as successful as he could be. I helped
him to clarify his vision, set goals, make plans, and take proper action.
Then we recorded and analyzed Philip's time management and priority setting.
I encouraged him to hire a part-time assistant that turned to full-time. He
helped Philip to reduce his workload by two hours a day and triple his income
in 14 months. [ top ]
Betty,
Corporate Professional
Betty, a mother of two children 4 and 6 years old, was working her way up
the corporate ladder when, without realizing it, she slowly forgot her family.
Her father died of an illness whose symptoms she never noticed. Her husband
almost left her. She became irritable and short-tempered in the office. I
helped her to set priorities, to learn how to say "no", and to delegate.
Now she is spending quality time with her family, her division doubled its
output, and she is very pleasant to be around. Both her family and work associates
are delighted to see the change. [ top ]
Mimi,
Banking Officer
Mimi, a bank officer, was promoted to head the private banking division. She
was well educated but she had a hard time being assertive and giving instructions.
She would rather do things herself than delegate them to someone else. I coached
her to develop her leadership skills, to delegate more effectively, and to
motivate and empower her staff. [ top ]
Charles,
High-Tech Business Owner
Charles, a 32-year-old high-tech business owner, was working over 100 hours
a week for years. He had no time for his wife or 3-year old child or his friends.
One day he fell asleep behind the wheel of his car and was almost killed in
an accident. I coached him to systemize his business so it would not depend
solely on him by developing policies, procedures and job descriptions, and
hiring the right people for the right job. [ top ]
